Wish this could be a ZERO star rating. We ordered the service on 3/12 and as of 3/24, still have not received ANY equipment. The invoice we got in our email said 1-2 business days for shipping, but it has been nearly 14 days since we signed up and still no information from the company. Have sent several emails (as this is the ONLY means to contact them) and not gotten any response. Considering going to our bank to dispute the charge and try to get our money back and look into another provider. Even their home website is not working at this time.
