Education and Memberships:
Heather completed her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of North Texas in 1992. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at South Dakota State University. Heather is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association
(ASHA) and ASHA’s Special Interest Group: Voice and Upper Airway Disorders.
Heather is an adjunct academic and clinical instructor in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Idaho State University. She recognizes that just as she was afforded rewarding opportunities for learning during and following graduation, she provides this learning experience for graduate SLP students; thus, Idaho Face and Voice, LLC is a “teaching practice.”
