Do not rent from this company I followed everything they wanted me to do when I moved from their rental house. I have two dogs and lived there for four years. I cleaned and scrubbed the carpets like they wanted me to and they took it upon themselves to clean it again and they charged me $200 for it even thow I paid a pet deposit which they keep so it covers what ever my dogs will do. They are unhappy for a little spot of paint that was pealling and moisture alone caused it and nothing in the contract says for me to repaint walls if it dosen't look good. So now I'm out $200.00 cause of them. AGAIN DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!
