Attorney Quinlan is a criminal defense specialist with nearly two decades of criminal trial experience. Sean began his career in the York County District Attorney’s office where he quickly rose to the rank of Senior Prosecuting Attorney in the Crimes Against Children Unit. Sean went on to serve another 7 years as a prosecuting attorney in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel under two Governors. Sean has seen it all.
