Biased Perspective
Ana, quoted me 285 in person through her son acting as a translator to deep clean our house. She spent only 4 hours in our 2900 square foot home to perform this deep clean. I was not expecting her to leave so early and so I was not home when she was done. She told my wife that she was done cleaning and asked for her 295 (not the 285 originally quoted and a whopping 75 dollars an hour). My wife was rushing to a meeting and thus paid her. When I got home, you can imagine my surprise when I saw the work she had done (see pictures). Although Ana was supposed to perform a deep clean and I told her through her son acting as a translator that we wanted windows, mirrors, walls, baseboards, floors, et cetera done, you can see that her work is NOT even average work. You can see that she did not clean the mirrors in the house and when she did clean some windows, she used a dirty rag. In fact, you can notice by the black smudges on the doors that when she did wipe down a door (which was rare) she used a dirty rag as the black smudges were NOT there prior to her arrival.
When we texted her about her charges for such inferior work, she admitted that she was not able to perform a deep clean because our house was so dirty. Note that she quoted us the price in person so she knew how dirty it was. When we indicated that we would be willing to pay her a fair wage for her work and proposed 20 per hour for her time, she responded that she already had our money and would not accept anything else.
What was supposed to relieve some stress for us as we got our house ready to show as we are moving, created much more stress. My wife and I spent the weekend performing the deep clean that Ana was paid to do but didn't. AVOID Ana and her cleaning service.
