Zero stars if I could. Started the job and then never finished. Excuse after excuse. Talks a good talk, and then doesn't complete the job. I have someone else fixing his supposed fix.

BG Chimney scammed me and many others. He took my money and never came out to my house. He knew I was in the military too since we had to "postpone" the service after he missed the first two appointments and I had to leave for training for over a month. I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get me money back. I hired someone else to do the work BG Chimney was supposed to do. They told me he did the same thing to an old lady who got a quote from them. The reason his bids are so low is because he's just going to take the money and not do the work. He's scamming Soldiers and little old ladies.

Ben didn't show up on 4 separate days. I finally asked to get my money back. It's been over 10 days now and still has not paid me my $875 back.
