I Hired this company to put a new HVAC unit in a mobile home for me in February 2022. They have had to come back 2 or 3 times to fix some problems with the unit. In September 2022. it stop cooling. I texted, called, left voice mail and email. I had no response from them at all. I told them an elderly lady lived in the mobile home and she was in poor health. Still no response. The elderly lady was able to talk to them, but they refuse to set an appointment with her. I had to call another company to do the service. I asked them to reimburse me for that service call because the unit is still under warranty, and once again no respose. Judy A Cothren
