Urologist Richard Ian Silver left AMP Urology in New York after his staff caught him with inappropriate pictures of a MALE patients body on his own personal cell phone in late 2019 in upstate New York He has also been arrested in the past for violating the EXTERNAL MALE GENITALIA of another MAN'S body! He is not above assaulting a woman either! Silver has been the subject of multiple state medical board investigations for misconduct. Leave it to HCA to hire a guy like Silver. What kind of state medical board would even give a guy like Silver a license to practice? We deserve better than this here in Kissimmee.
