Don't waste your time. I received a quote for complete services including annual back-flow, extinguishers & fire monitoring. Back-Flow and extinguishers were done promptly and I had to ask several times to have the monitoring done. Finally, another company shows up, not who I hired, and wants to know if I can place the system in test. I have NEVER had to place a system in test, this should be Z Protection Services job, right? Never the less, the other company they sent out says he needs codes to replace the monitor, which is now disabled because it was not done at time of service it said would be done. Run away and do your homework before trusting a company with the liability of your company.

Don't waste your time. I received a quote for complete services including annual back-flow, extinguishers & fire monitoring. Back-Flow and extinguishers were done promptly and I had to ask several times to have the monitoring done.
