Not to be Trusted!!!!!!!!!!! Review of Contractor Dan - I hired Dan owner of Christian Contractors to complete a job on my home last year. Throughout the process, he repeatedly requested additional money, claiming he did not have enough to finish the work. After giving him the final $1,500, he told me it was getting too cold to finish and promised to return in the spring. When spring arrived, heavy rains caused water to leak into my kitchen and laundry room because areas of the roof had been left unfinished. This compromised the integrity of my home, caused water damage, and even led to an ant problem due to the wet walls. My house is only five years old, and now parts of it are damaged. Dan acknowledged the situation and promised to make it right. He scheduled a time to return, which unfortunately was when I was away for a conference. He asked me to leave the car title with my son Kenny, but I declined, telling him I would only provide it once the work was completed. When I returned home, I discovered he never showed up. Since then, I have called and texted him numerous times. He eventually responded once, apologized, and promised to return in two weeks, but he never did. The entire summer passed with many unkept promises. Even the local code enforcement office contacted me, asking when the work would be completed. I told Dan to call them, but he has not responded. Dan claims to be a Christian, but his actions have not reflected honesty or reliability in this situation. If this cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Summary: Dan is capable of good work, but he is extremely unreliable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him to anyone seeking a dependable contractor.

Stay away from Dan Price, owner of Christian Contractors. He took a deposit, never did work, and chose not to appear at small claims court. He did the same to a neighbor. Do not trust this man.
