Western New York’s Best Store for Fireplace inserts, heating stoves and installation services. Felgemacher Fireplace Shop is a third-generation fireplace company, dedicated to giving you the best quality in Western New York. Founded in 1953, we have over 60 years of experience in the chimney industry. Perfecting his craft in Germany, our founder, John Felgemacher, started a small masonry company on his own when he came to the United States. He later passed down his knowledge through two generations, which helped the company grow to where it is today. John’s two grandsons and granddaughter acquired the company in 2015 and have continued to run the business with the same craftsmanship and expertise that they learned from their grandfather. Over the past decade, we have expanded our business to include fireplace repairs, chimney sweeping, fireplace liners and gas inserts on top of the chimney masonry work. At Felgemacher Fireplace Shop of Buffalo NY, you'll find a full line of fireplace inserts, heating stoves and gas log sets for our customers in Buffalo, Rochester and other Western New York communities. When you visit our showroom, our helpful staff is happy to help you find the perfect appliance that will meet your heating and aesthetic requirements for your home. We have powerful heat producing wood fireplace inserts from well-respected manufacurers such as Enviro and Osburn that boast heat efficiency ratings of 75%, which will be reflected in your pocketbook. Our gas fireplace inserts come from industry leaders including Enviro, Marquis, and Majestic. With their own vent pipe, gas fireplace inserts don't require major construction to install and with a switch or remote to get fires started, you'll find near instant comfort as these inserts are powerful enough to heat rooms up to 3,000 square feet. Our gas and wood heating stoves from top manufacturers such as Enviro, Marquis, Majestic and Osburn are nothing like the traditional stoves of the past. These modern stoves offer advanced technology to produce clean burns with high heat and come in many styles and finishes to compliment any home decor. With heat-efficiency ratings of up to 80% and higher, you can't go wrong! Heating stoves come in many exciting sizes, shapes, design styles and finishes that will compliment any home’s décor. Easy venting allows for installation virtually anywhere, without the need to build a chimney. And when it comes to heat, it’s hard to find a more powerful heat producer for those cold winter days and nights when warmth is the #1 objective.
