This company is fraudulent, a total scam. Purchased a policy in Feb. had to file a claim July 8. I have been denied services, they have denied the request to send a work order to a company THEY claim to do business with. I have 7 calls, 7 hours of wasted time, and still no tech to repair my dishwasher. I am disabled with limited use of my arms - they could care less about my situation and have refused to submit a work order to a contractor they told me to call. They are now telling me to pay for the repairs and technician and file a claim with them to get reimbursed. IF I cannot get them to do the job they are supposed to do then I know I would not get reimbursed. I am currently pursuing a refund. I will also be filing a small claims lawsuit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM THRU BBB, CONSUMER PROTECTION, ETC. AND LAWSUITS AS WELL.
