Dishonest business, after grandson's 1st violin lesson the teacher said he was too young and should wait a year. We paid for four lessons up front (required) and were told several times that cost of unused (3) lessons would be refunded but they were not and we kept getting the run around. After more than a month we filed complaint with credit card company and they are investigating. Now I've received a threat from a credit bureau saying Music & Arts wants more money! The lessons were cancelled, we had paid in full and told that the overpayment would be refunded but now they are going through a collection agency to try to get more money? Makes no sense they are dishonest, would never do business with them again!!! Would NOT recommend!!!
