I have to applaud this company, my painting came out great and they have a very good customer service team. Buying an oil painting for the first time I didn't know what to expect or how go about the process. But Amazing Portraits made things easy. They emailed me mock ups of my picture before they started painting and then I was emailed a photo of the finished portrait. They always kept me in the loop and I was able to ask for changes to the painting throughout the process. I had a good experience with Amazing Portraits, the process was fast, easy and they do great work, I'm definitely ordering again.

Buying an oil painting for the first time I didn't know what to expect or how go about the process. But Amazing Portraits made things easy. They emailed me mock ups of my picture before they started painting and then I was emailed a photo of the finished portrait. They always kept me in the loop and I was able to ask for changes to the painting throughout the process. I have been dealing with Amazing Portraits Company multiple times over the past years. The website is easy to use and I like that they offer also drawings not only oil paintings. The customer service operates mainly over email, and the teams do work in different shifts and on weekends. It was easy to get a customer service agent to call me and to discuss a revision to my painting that I required. I did order one painting in the past from another website, and I must say that both quality of the product and the customer service was better with Amazing Portraits and I am happy to endorse them with my review. It seems that they have artists that are higher skilled and more experienced than commonly available for commission somewhere else. I will be ordering from Amazing Portraits com also in future.
