Monthly service include assessments and testing throughout the programs, including initial corrective protocol consultation with me on Zoom and one on one training consultations, email response and communication throughout the programs when purchased to never leave one stone unturned during your progression.
Whichever block you purchase, included will be your individual pre-weight room mobility and activation exercise individual specific template, the specific block on speed, agility, quickness, and energy system running program with dynamic warm up and cool down. Plus, included with the service, as a thank you, you will receive my program design manual on speed development and mechanics.
All the perks you need in the monthly service and never leave one stone unturned. All training block programs will have a video next to it with url and password to view the exercise before performing the action. This tool is vital for injury prevention and to make sure you understand movement before performing the exercise yourself.
