Ellen Boyd
We have been using Excellus Home Care since 2017 to care for our mother who has dementia and we have been beyond pleased with their care. The aides are kind and attentive to Mom even on days when she can be extremely challenging. The level of care was highlighted during COVID when there were times Mom needed to remain quarantined in her room but we knew she was safe, happy, and being wonderfully cared for. Karen does an amazing job finding the right people for her client's teams. We breathe easier knowing the Excellus team is caring for our Mom.
