Do NOT use this company. Mack was paid in full, and for 7 months we had a horrific experience trying to get him to install and get our new AC unit running. Miserable and at times, hostile communication, not showing up at agreed upon times, and never finishing the job. We ultimately had to hire another company and pay out of pocket for work that should have been under warranty. The second company was able to correct the poor workmanship in one visit. Please find another company.
