I am a nationally certified counselor, board-registered in Oregon and California who can help you achieve long and short-term goals.
I am trained as a mental health counselor though I also have a masters degree in sociology. My approach is cultural and trauma-informed. I have extra training and experience working with substance use problems and other forms of addiction, as well as serious and persistant mental illness. I am located in coastal Oregon but can meet with you via an encrypted version of Zoom.
