We stopped in to look at upgrading an older Bernette to a Bernina 5 model and Ron worked with us on a trade-in of our older one to a nice B550 and saved us a fair amount of money. I love their flexibility in working with customers' budgets.

I had a bad experience going to another local sewing machine store (that was much larger with several locations) to fix my older Viking sewing machine and they claimed that the threading and stiching problem couldn't be fixed and that I needed to buy a new machine. Thank God I stopped into this Bernina store because they figured out the problem and had my sewing machine up and running again within a couple of days! These are true pros when it comes to all things sewing machines. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

I had a bad experience going to another local sewing machine store (that was much larger with several locations) to fix my older Viking sewing machine and they claimed that the threading and stiching problem couldn't be fixed and that I needed to buy a new machine. Thank God I stopped into this Bernina store because they figured out the problem and had my sewing machine up and running again within a couple of days! These are true pros when it comes to all things sewing machines. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.
