Amy's journey began at 17 when her family immigrated to America, opening their first Vietnamese restaurant, Far East, in Raleigh in 1997. It was here she met her husband, John Tang, also a seasoned restaurateur. That rich heritage and passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine live on in every bowl of pho, every fresh summer roll, and every vibrant vermicelli bowl we serve.
