Our mission is to produce band develop better basketball players by giving proper instruction to all interested. We stress dedication and hard work. Hard2Guard Fundamentals training is intense, focused and results driven. I work work players of all ages and skill levels looking to enhance individual skills. Built on core fundamental principles for improving shooting mechanics, ball handling, agility, footwork and explosiveness, H2G’s innovative basketball training will help you undoubtedly enhance your offensive and defensive skills and confidence. To begin a training regimen, players will undergo an evaluation workout, where I will determine the player’s strengths and weaknesses. I then customize an ongoing player specific training program. No matter your age or skill level, training is imperative to take your game to the next level.
