Disappointed Consumer

I had a very disappointing experience. At the fair held a local church, there were post on social media advertising purchase of ride bracelets. Innovative ticketing was linked as the vendor of these. I went on their website and found where the bracelets were advertised fir purchase, "All day, UNLIMITED rides" Cool, i purchased 6 of them. We arrived at about 4pm. The kids we took then were shortly advised after a couple of rides that it was 5pm and their bracelets were no longer valid. That they now required a different color bracelet. I for certain thought there was an error or a misunderstanding as when I purchased all 6, these were clearly listed as all day, unlimited rides. I go back to the ticket desk where I picked these up after purchasing them online to try and get clarity from the ticket clerk, as soon as I talk up he starts yelling at me and points over to another guy that was standing next to him saying, "that's her! Thats her! Im not going to deal with her." Confused as I had just walked up, "I said hey I think youre confusing me with some one else. Im just here because I think there was a mistake with my bracelets." He roles his eyes and gives me his back. I look over to the other guy and he asks what happened, as a few other people walk over with the same issue (which is why the one clerk confused me, he thought I was one of the other parents that previously complained). I try explaining the situation to the other guy and pull up screen shots and their actual site. He isn't having it, not trying to listen. Points out that it says one session and that that session was over. I then let him know that no where on the site does it say a session is from specific times or does it give you the option of purchasing session 1, 2,3,4,5 6 etc. Its just one ticket option. So as listed, "all day, unlimited rides" they pretty much degrade us causing a scene telling us to go talk to the church if we dont like it. However, tickets were purchased on their website and advertised so therefore, should be rectified by them. Its pretty much a scam, false advertising. Buyer beware when purchasing.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. In order to assist, we would need to know the name of the fair you attended. Please note, we are a third party ticketing company, contracted by the carnival/fair/event. We do not handle any of the ticket sales or redemptions at the event.

Very poor ticket purchasing experience with this company. Bought tickets to an event advertised at one price and they charged another. When I showed screenshots of the stated price both online and on a printed flier in an email to Isabelle Weber from their Customer Service, she refused to issue a refund for the difference because I had checked the box stating I understood their no refund policy, even though she admitted that the stated information was incorrect. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue over email to correct the charged amount, we ended up submitting a dispute claim with my credit card with all of my documentation to let them handle it. Also let the event site manager for know about the incident, and he admitted that many other customers complained about the same issue of being overcharged by Innovative Ticketing. Definitely shady business dealings, will avoid them in the future.
