This is a scam, this guy shows up an says he will buy Electrical surplus equipment. Then says "since im helping you out, sell me that wire skid for $200 and those breakers for $200 and I will take them now". never to show up to pay or pickup the rest. Save yourself the time and dont deal with this fraud.
