This is my second purchase of this pump. It was my first time buying one and I absolutely loved it. So I purchased a second one. I am a dcup, unless I get engorged. It fits comfortably in my bra so I can clean up and take care of my children. There are very few things. You will spill your milk from the top holes if you bend over. It should be sealed well. I tape it around sometimes because I have accidentally spilled my milk several times. This is my exclusive pump and it's the only one I use.
