We had a group of 8 vacation to Palm Springs. We researched many chefs and Chef Justin quickly differentiated himself with his professional approach by requesting to schedule a virtual meeting with us to ensure he understood our expectations and how he could accommodate us. We were impressed from the moment we met and through the planning process. Justin's incredible attention to detail, a desire to customize and cater to the client were very impressive! Justin thought of everything and suggested meals and pairings, we had not thought about. Justin was on-time, communicated regularly and was very professional. If you ever need a chef for a meal or several weeks, you will not be disappointed. The food and presentations were absolutely amazing!! We could'nt help but take pictures of every meal he prepared for us. We can't wait to hire Chef Justin again!! If we could give Justin more then 5 Stars we would!
