I hired this company to install Darien house drains and sum pump. Dean, on of the owners seemed very knowledgeable and promised to complete the job within a week after starting. He also promised to provide a pump which I could monitor from my phone and warranty certificate for 5 years. I paid him 9k up to this point. Besides horrible quality of the job, damaged water pipe and damaged facade of the house, this guy never came back to install proper pump or give me warranty. This is second month I am chasing him and he is constantly lying and promises to do it next week. He also signed up for few projects like fixing retaining wall, installing door etc. 4 years old kid could do better job. Now I am planning to place a complaint with BBB and take him to court. Think twice before you hire this guy.
