Plum & Sage Tea Rooms, Bakery & Boutique (formerly Creations Bakery) ,you could say, was formed many years ago when Jamie Nation, owner, at the age of nine, began to teach herself how to decorate cakes and cook. She told her mother "I am going to be a chef when I grow up.". With the support of her family she went on to achieve that dream. By the age of fifteen she was a personal chef and cake decorator. Jamie graduated as "one of the best in her class" from The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, New Jersey. While educated in almost all aspects of the food industry...tea service, pastry, baking and cake design have always been her passion. She has served her pastries and cakes to many top celebrities and their families, a national beauty pageant and placed in the top 3 for wedding cake design at the Jacob Javitz Center Culinary Competition, among many other awards and nominations. Jamie has been employed in both 4-Star and 5-Star catering facilities and restaurants. She also has an extensive background in the wholesale dessert industry providing over 2,000 cakes, pies and cheesecakes to five different states weekly. Jamie purchased Creations Bakery in 2010. The bakery has won awards, even as recently as 2016, and has been featured in magazines.

Over 40 HDTV’s, cold drafts, great selection of Georgia Craft Beers, spirits, and wines, the Black Diamond Grill is your game headquarters, Major League, or rec league. As a local sports bar, with a family atmosphere, large bar and high-top seating, a separate spacious dining room, a game room/party area, large arcade for the kids, and outdoor patio where fur friends are welcome, we are a community favorite. Our entire menu, from our recognized favorites; Wings, Burgers, Salads, Pasta, Grouper, most menu items are prepared in-house, with fresh ingredients and expert care, when ordered.
