Avoid this dealership at all costs. Customer service at this dealership is nonexistent. They will not offer an apology, assistance, or explanations. They will provide excuses. The service department is the worst! They told me my transmission needed to be replaced and that it was safe to drive off the lot. They offered no loaners or rental car assistance, while all surrounding dealerships provided loaners. They were backed logged for a further diagnosis for over a month, even though they had already told me the transmission was wrong and needed to be replaced. They do not listen to why you bring the car in. They will find something else wrong and call it "fixed" while the initial complaint still exists years later. That fix will last a month, and you'll be back. Steer clear of the Service Department, their customer service is nonexistent!
