I contacted Madison Chimney to have some repairs made to my chimney. We had agreed on a price and the date and time when the work was to take place. After taking off time to be available, I received a call from the company indicating that they would not be able to make the repairs at the agreed upon time. No problem, we rescheduled. When that time came around, same story. Minor problem, we rescheduled. When that day and time arrived - Nothing. Major problem. I tried repeatedly to contact them but had no communication at all. They apparently vaporized from the face of the earth. If this is how they handle small problems, I'm glad that they didn't get a chance to touch my chimney.
