I want to put this in the public so we are all caught up on the lies and blame people will push to the public. "JESSICA STARNES & RANDELL STARNES" are accusing RC- Ryan of not following through with the agreement. The agreement was, the husband was supposed to pressure wash the deck prior to our arrival- he did not- which in face Randall helped ryan clean off the steps, and neither one were successful in getting the stains off- Mr. Starnes then allowed to Ryan to clear coat the entire deck.after he received the first check- payment- Mrs. Starnes called me literally rude and blame ryan for a horrible job and she was rude (I will save the conversation fir court). I contacted Mr. Starnes, and we went right back to assess the alleged complaints. Which= boot foot prints on the deck 2- ryan wiped them off (just dirt not shoe prints) she still wasn't satisfied- Randall, ryan and I walked all over to make sure everything missed or any concerns were addressed then. AT the end of the conversation, Mr. Randall and I (tina) "after they still wanted money back" offered to help with their issues not what we did or had control over, to come back the next day to flip (per randall) the step deck boards and seal them. He agreed- I have a signed contract stating so- 2 bad checks later "WE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID- SHE IS SLANDERING OUR NAME- RANDALL AND I SPOKE ABOUT HER POSTING ON YELP- HE STARTS TO ACCUSE US OF SOMETHING ELSE"... THEY ARE LIARS AND WANT A JOB DONE FOR FREE!!!!! NOW, I AM FILING ALL LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM- 2- BAD CHECKS, BREECH OF CONTRACT AND DEFERMENT OF ROCK CONSTRUCTION NAME. I WILL NOT BE ACCUSED OF SOMETHING THAT IS 100% A LIE!!.... Mr. STARNES DID NOT PRESSURE WASH IT AS AGREED BETWEEN US, AND THEY ARE BALMING US FOR THEIR OWN FAULT. WE ONLY DO WHAT WE WERE HURED TO DO- SEAL THE DECK ONLY!!!! OH, LET'S MAKE EVERYONE AWARE THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF BLAMING PEOPLE FOR RIPPING THEM OFF. PER RANDALL. SO, SINCE WE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR ANY OF OUR WORK (CHECK DEPOSITED & DIDNT CLEAR), I HAVE ALL OF THE TEXTS THAT PROVE THE PREEXISTING PRESSURE WASH WAS NOT TO COME FROM US. RANDALL GAVE THE OK (AFTER RYAN AND RANDALL CLEANED UP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE- RANDALL ALLOWED RYAN TO CLEAR SEAL THE DECK- RYAN DID AS WE WERE HIRED TO DO. SEAL THE DECK! NOT PRESSURE WASH FOR FREE. I HAVE TEXTS, PICTURES, 2- BAD CHECKS, AND A CONTRACT!
