Do Not trust this company!! Dennis Ruiz is not a real lender. We wired him closing costs, and still have yet to receive the funds promised by him! We asked for a tracking number for the wire transfer he said he sent..we still have not received that document. He is fraudulent do not trust him.. He will take your money, tell you to be patient, and then never send his end of the agreement. Beware, he will send promissory notes, applications, and even call you once...it is all a scam!
