I received what I expected about the repair. The representative on the phone wasn't hard to talk with. In just a few minutes, the assigned technician came out and immediately and helped me fix my refrigerator that was over freezing. It was all repaired properly and I was so happy that it worked great again. The service I experienced was good. They will be my first call the next time I need repairs.

I was glad to see the problem-free work of the serviceman in fixing the refrigerator that was over freezing. He arrived 10 minutes earlier and had all the tools needed for repair.
