Once we determine the source of the problem with your appliance, we'll let you know during the call as well as order any needed parts, and schedule an in-home appointment for the repair technicin to complete the process for you. If you're handy, you also have the option of booking a second appointment with one of our certified technicians, who can guide you through the repair process.
