Although this was convenient, getting the part took five days and so had to use a laundrymat for the weekly load. Other than that, a great and convenient service.

Appliance Gurus staff was very courteous and professional and appreciate the tech (KJ?) who walked me through the process of elimination to narrow down the issue. We had it fixed the next day with a different service tech. Very happy

I'm very happy with Appliance gurus diagnostic service because I didn't have to take part of the day off from work just to have someone come over to my house and tell me what was wrong with my dishwasher. They were able to figure out the exact solution over a 25 minute video call and got the right part so it could be installed the next day. I would use them again.

I checked with a couple of other companies to see what it would costs just to figure out what was wrong with my fridge. They were about double this service so thought I'd give it a try. It was a good expereience all the way around. Professional and efficient if you're comfortable using your cell phone or tablet on a video call.

I was think thinking this may not be very accurate because of being done remotely (video call), but they knew exaclty what was going on with the oven not heating evenly - bad thermostat, which was just fixed today. Great service!

We called in first to get some more detail on how this works and decided to book an apppointment to see what was going on with our dryer not getting clothes dry. This was a very smooth rocess and we're scheduled to have this issue fixed in just a couple of days when the part arrives.
