I'll preface this by saying if my order is restored I'll have no issues and take down the review as I will be satisfied. I placed an order for 2 booster packs of cards off their website at retail price (slightly above actually) and payed via PayPal. Once my order was confirmed I received a notification later saying one of the two boxes had been removed from my order. I reached out and was told that they somehow oversold the item even though the product was reposted on their website for x3 the original price. Bare in mind I only ordered two boxes rather than taking their entire stock so that other collectors could have a chance to get a box. When I reached out and said that I would be happy to take 2 smaller boxes at retail price that they have in stock as well as one of the larger boxes that I had ordered rather the two larger boxes, I would be satisfied with that. Rather than agreeing or even saying "no we can't do that" they instead canceled my order altogether. To be explicit, they accepted my order, it was paid for, it shipped, I got a tracking number - and they reversed all of this presumably to sell for a higher price since they said "you don't understand capitalism." I do understand the word we live in what I don't understand is going back on your word and shady business practices and acting in bad faith. This has been a hugely unprofessional and insulting experience when I was trying to be polite and offer a very reasonable compromise that would still make them good money. I would not shop here again unless they make the effort to restore my order of even one box
