Last weekend, I noticed our cooktop not igniting at home all of a sudden. The next day, your technician came to our house and repaired my broken appliance right away. He was very polite and diligent, and he cleaned the mess right after the reparation as well. He charged me a cheap amount and gave me some instructions to avoid the same problem again. Bravo for the job well done!
