Trail Ahead staff ruined my therapeutic journey. I was a patient for 8 months. I paid my bill on time every time even when I was billed incorrectly multiple times to include double billing. My therapist admitted to having nothing to do with billing but insisted she take care of it, she wouldn't give me the name of the person who did the billing. When I talked to another staff member about the ongoing billing issues, that staff member complained about me to a supervisor. I was fired as a patient on my very next therapy session. I was never allowed to talk to a supervisor or someone in billing. At the time I was fired I was at a critical point in my therapy. I haven't left my bed since. I paid 1000's of dollars and I'm worse off now than when I started. Do NOT seek help from Trail Ahead unless you want to fight with billing issues and want to be treated like your concerns don't matter.
