Joe Shames who owns Somnoworks Corp is a very, very nasty person. After receiving his device for sleep apnea I had a family emergency & couldn't use the device do I contact Joe but he was very nasty saying he will charge me $25. When he came to pick up device he was more nasty. How could he treat patient like this?
