Granite Visions I am absolutely heartbroken with the experience I've had with Granite Visions. This kitchen was supposed to be my dream space - something I've waited years to finally update - and they completely ruined it. The granite they installed looks nothing like quality craftsmanship. The seams are crooked, the edges are rough, and the entire countertop looks like it was thrown together with no care at all. What hurts the most is how dismissive and unreliable Jimy has been. He promised multiple times that he would come back to fix the mess they made, and every single time he just didn't show up. No call, no apology, nothing. Now he won't even answer the phone. I've never dealt with a company that showed so little respect for a customer. I put my trust in Granite Visions to help bring my dream kitchen to life, and instead they turned it into a daily reminder of a terrible mistake. I would strongly warn anyone considering them: don't risk your home, your money, or your peace of mind. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with a company.
