Dr. Agarwala is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology and practices with Community Health Network. Dr. Agarwala is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology. He graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and then completed his residency in internal medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Agarwala also completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology through the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and American Medical Association.
