Scott and his team came to our rescue when the blinds that were installed in our home before we bought it started to malfunction. They were made using an out of date design, and all of the other blind and blind repair companies we contacted simply said they could not repair them or help us. Scott's expertise and determination, however, meant he was undeterred. He offered to help us repair the existing blinds for a rock-bottom price, and when - after collecting our blinds and taking them to his workshop - he discovered he couldn't source the parts he needed, he offered to replace them with brand new, custom-made blinds, which he would install personally, all for that same rock bottom price. I could scarcely believe our luck. Throughout our interactions Scott's communication was prompt, courteous, clear, and professional. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and we may well make use of this company's services again when our remaining blinds begin to malfunction.
