New Items At A Fraction Of Retail We're Fraction and we're a boutique, here in Ottumwa, IA. We saw an opportunity to help the community and offer brand new items at a fraction of retail prices such as women's and men's clothing, home decor, sporting goods, furniture, and more. We look forward to growing our business to continue to serve and partnering with Albia, Bloomfield, and Oskaloosa consumers to continue to provide good items for people at lower prices. We'd like to personally invite you to stop by today and check out our great selection of items at a fraction of the price!
