The customer service representative was professional and offered fair pricing. The technician also was an expert and smart. It was Benny who fixed my cooktop that was not igniting perfectly. He took the time figuring out the problem and before he started fixing it, he cleaned the parts first just to see if they were still working better or not. The result was awesome. I was delighted that the repair was perfect. Exceptional service!
