We're very surprised that the technician they sent out was able to arrive within a minute. When he arrived, he performed the task immediately. He was able to solve our cooktop hinge problems the same day. He even taught us the techniques about handling appliances with care so that the problem would not occur again. Thus, I am so much thankful to the technician, and I would never forget to recommend this company to everyone.
