They do not provide what they say they will and the 24-48h turnaround time they promise..... not true. They will take your money then give you nothing in return that can be used. I ended up eating the loss and forwent disputing with them after they ignored two weeks' worth of emails demanding final files that I approved and could use because I just wanted to be done with them

They promise the world during the proposal process but totally change their colors while executing the job . They didn't delivered they promised ,rep was rude and refuses to listen to clients needs . Highly disappointed
