Pat Martin learned the art and craft of Whole-Hog West Tennessee-style BBQ 25 years ago - and has since been on a mission to spread the gospel of Whole-Hog. We wake up early to smoke a hog every day, and you'll never find a microwave or freezer in our kitchen - everything is made from scratch.
