The company did not honor the warranty. The company did the pool renovation (more than 20K project) for me in the last November including resurfacing pool. During the renovation, the company kept charging more. 1) The company proposed tile replacement using their tiles. I told them I want to use my own tiles and pay the difference. The company told me that I can use my own tiles but need to pay whole without any credits from their generic tiles. 2) In the contract it states that the pool will be restored as original conditions, which should include the calking according to the lawyer's interpretation of the contract. However, I was charged additional $1054 for the calking. In order to speed up the process, I paid the additional cost. The worst part is that they don't honor warranty. This spring when I open the pool, I saw the chips on the bottom of my pool that was just resurfaced, which is supposed to be covered by the warranty. I spent total more than 20K for the renovation. Never ask the company to do any major pool job. The company may be able to the routine maintance job, but their price is 30% higher than my current contract.
