Grandview took my $400 deposit after telling my family and I that we would have a mobile home to move into 3 days later, which was very necessary as my lease was ending later in the month. When we came 3 days later, we were told that the mobile home was still not ready and that it would be ready the next week. My family and I came the next week three times, and we were given multiple excuses like they were unable to get the key from the previous resident or they were unable to complete the background check, etc. At one point, we were told the location of our potential mobile home changed altogether. We returned 5 days prior to our lease ending, and the home was still not available. We were misled to believe we would have housing, and then our lease ended. They have refused to return my deposit back. Very unreliable and untrustworthy organization.
