Born and raised in Riga, Latvia, Chef Sanita was fascinated by the happenings within the kitchen. She moved to the United States in 2003. She sought after her heart’s desire by working in top restaurants. After working and going to culinary school for four years, she realized that her true talent was working with fruit and vegetable art. She continues her journey by exercising her exquisite imagination in crafting this beautiful, edible art.
