Professional contractor installing concrete coatings like epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea on garage floors and other concrete surfaces.
We fully prep all concrete surfaces by removing previous coatings or paint and filling in cracks, spalling, pitting or chips. We then grind the concrete surface to get it level and flat and apply the appropriate coating based on the application an your budget. We always apply a primer coat as a vapor barrier and 2 more coats for a total of 3 coats. Typical installation is 2 days. We prefer polyaspartic coatings due to cost and performance, but we apply epoxy and polyurea as well.
